Kuramathi Village Maldives »

Kuramathi is one of the larger islands and is located in Rashdoo Atoll, with the main focus of course being on the Kuramathi Village Maldives. The bungalows are located in a truly beautiful location. The bungalows in Coconut Village are all made of wood and built as in a somewhat traditional manor.

The transfer to Kuramathi Village Maldives is made with a sea plane and takes about 25 minutes; alternatively the fast boat takes to travel around is 80min. You can rent out kayaks, surfboards and even catamarans. In addition to the pool there is a small gym.

The reef is really great just off the resort. As with most resorts in the Maldives, it is wonderful for snorkelling and its possible to see sharks, eagle rays, moray eels, turtles and many kinds of exotic fish..

There is of course also diving available at the Kuramathi Village Maldives with the school located on the pier; this makes the loading of the boat very easy. There are around 30 dive sites nearby. Only about 12 people can go on the trips at one time and it is possible to take a PADI diving course.

Meals are extravagant and of the highest quality and often take the form of a quality buffet with plenty of choice for vegetarians at Kuramathi Village Maldives.

Excursions include 24 lonely hours on the neighbouring island; try the so-called Robinson Crusoe trip. The island is small but you can find pretty good shopping, especially for souvenirs. Entertainment at Kuramathi Village Maldives is provided by professional artists as well as Karaoke.

A beautiful resort and well worth taking a closer look at if you are considering visiting the Maldives.
